Thx for tips, been a great help. One of my own for those starting, you can use a feeder rod as a bottom rod. Just use a sinker instead of feeder.... Very helpful early on!

Went to the everglades. Followed your video for beginners...Exploration II for the catfish, bowfin etc...NO1 hook,small minnows...what a time..hit a Gar hotspot..filled up a 264lb keepnet within a couple of hours...XP wasn't great as only had 22lb float rod with me but money was great!!!! I got the unique snook with the Nero while trying to get the catfish. It took like 10min with 6kg blue braid

Lvl 14 dual rod stand works where you can see the ground next to the dock. Just gotta angle it right and slowly walk the dock out. I use mine all time bc I didn't think any others would work

I love the series, but I have to disagree with the statement where you should buy a dlc rod for the bigger fish in the salt water spot. I pulled a 40 lb unique snook on the first basscaster rod and a 8.5lb reel lol

Getting the striking time out constantly, and I know its something simple that I'm doing wrong but I'm having no luck, any suggestions? And I've been stuck a the Everglades so its relevant to this vid somewhat :)

Stop reeling with the rod you have in your hands, grab the other rod hook the fish up. Then watch the tension of the line of the rod that is in your rod stand, and if the rod isn't bending, stop reeling, grab the rod, fight the fish! You may lose some fish but it will prevent this strike timed out problem

If you can grind out a few days IRL during the 7 day at Bolivia then go there, if you maybe get busy during those 7 days then its wasted. Blue Crab you got a entire month to grind so it might be better for you.

That’s not true at all, I’ve followed several of his series and all of the stuff is low level gear. The DLC rod in this series is $4.99 and with that you get a 70kg keep net, reel, line, loads of bait, extra home storage, bait coins, a new gear setup slot, loads of adding for the bottom feeding rod like a bell, hooks, weights, leaders.
