You're right about them feeling more special, but I still want to be able to grind easily with any fruit I want. So that's not a negative in my opinion. If you want the game to revert to what it was you're basically saying you want every player to be a side character in game and only a select few have fruits, which is lame for the average player. Logically that makes no sense if you want to maintain a stable player count. The rates on bosses are already atrocious we do not need atrocious rates on every aspect of the game.

This timeline missed one of the biggest updates to GPO. Update 3.5. Update 3.5 added trading. They removed the trading room, and instead a trading server where you could trade fruits AND items in a safe way. W update

funny how karoos are still locked behind a robux paywall while at the same time being the worst movement option in the whole game, even geppoing is better in most cases its so crazy. there was a bug back in like update 4.5 which only stayed for about a week for less where if you put your karoo in a certain way it would have 3x speed, that instantly boosted the karoo from straight up useless to one of the best transportation in the game being able to compete with even light in terms of speed. Now when the one dev said he would read his dms and add balance changes to gpo accordingly i finally thought we could see some improvement on the karoo so i sent him a dm asking them to buff karoo speed to atleast 2x the speed that we currently have, unfortunately i didnt seem to be heard because karoo is still garbage and a complete waste of 150 robux or wtv it is.

Controversial take but I feel like the game reached it's very peak in update 3. After that it was still enjoyable but didn't have the same kick it used to, especially after how long it took for update 4 to come out.

Update 3 was the best time period fruits weren’t too rare anymore and pvp was super enjoyable because everything was still fairly balanced all things considered but it took a turn for the worse update 4 ruined the balance and made fruits easier to come by and the pvp just became unbalanced and then update 5 killed it it fell victim to a stat based game not knowing when to stop adding stats

Back when everyone had roku and only max levels had legendary fruits and doing wb, enel, gravito, and elo. the feeling you would get when you see a goro laying on the ground. When suke was the only common. I loved that.

Thank god you point out the flaws in the game especially with bosses, instead of infernasu and other gpo youtubers (i fw them but still) who tell the viewers to just farm the bosses while they’re boosted and given the newer items everytime and don’t have to farm a boss every 2 hours for a 0.5% drop

bro update 0 was the best time ever i remeber watching ibemainesvideo a few days before it released and i saw him with kiribatchi and hie and i was hooked, i got gpo day 1 and got the early badge, the memories were amazing meeting some of the most amazing poeple at shells town, not to mention arlongs amazing boss battle theme that sadly got removed down the line.

i was never disappointed in gpo to be honest, every bad update (which is 6 7 8 9 excluding battle royale and impel) or lack of content i just said "well then lets see what pho does in the next update" but personally i never got mad at gpo and always believed in pho to make gpo playable ✊🔥 Was a great journey and still is and i believe pho has changed since he promised us he will update the game more frequently and with this one im pretty sure we will see or do fun stuff we used to do in old updates🗣

honestly the days were fruits were extremly like extremly rare and hard to get and logias use to be so insane those are fr the days bc it made someone having a legendary fruit so much cooler and more special the price of current frutis in gpo is so sad i dont think battle royale should have been added to be honest also the content that had nothing to do with one piece like the stark guns were a bad decison to make when adding the game unfortunatley we will never get those days back unless fruits values go up massivley again but its a very rare chance of that happening as u know like legendary fruits are being passed around like dark roots before if u told someone trading a dark root for a legendary fruit they would clown u so hard its sad to see that it has come to that tho
