I'm planning on breeding crested geckos hope by next year I have three is juveniles but I'm planning next reptile Expo to pick up adult size crested geckos for my breeding projects. I'll like to know more what weight is good for female to start breeding? When good time to introduce male crested gecko to a female?

@@joshuaratayczak4847 l feel at around the 35 to 40 grams for the females, especially if you are looking at long term breeding of them, dont try and start when they are a lesser weight being that 30 grams but that is just how l feel.

I know that this video have 2 years already but I have a question. Does the female crested lay 2 eggs after one interaction with male or is she laying like 10 eggs but in clutch of 2 every few months also after one interaction with male. I know you can keep breeding pairs together but during the laying eggs seazon do you think it's safe to keep them together? (In your opinion ofcourse). Do you ever putting more than one female per male or you not really doing that if you do how is it going and do you need more of those egg boxes for female or one is enough? I'm sorry to interrupt but it is my first eggs and your video helped me a lot thank you and if you see this please reply

Fantastic information!! I’m buying a male soon to start breeding. I’m going to buy from a breeder at the upcoming expo in March. Would you recommend putting the male in the females cage or female in the males cage? Or maybe have a separate breeding bin?

in part 2 he said to make sure the substrate doesn’t dry out and to check that, and if it’s drying out to spray. I hope that helps i’m not 100%

Something I am confused about is do I need to let my gecko pair mate once and she will lay multiple clutches or did I need to repair them after every clutch.

I don't see poops nearly as much as I should, they could still be in the babys plant and he's doing great, active and alert, but im a little concerned

I like to take a straw and put some food on the baby’s mouth. and if they eat it they are hungry. That’s how i noticed he couldn’t find his food and wasn’t eating, since they eat so little you can’t really tell. After i started doing that i started seeing more poops.
