Do you know how to keep the glide always going upward when playing chords? It goes downward when going backwards on the keyboard, but I want to keep it going upward regardless of what chords I'm playing.

That makes no sense. The glide just slowly transitions between notes. How you glide upwards to a note that's lower in pitch. If you want the note to go up when you release it, you could use a envelope for that. Maybe pitch it down with no attack but a longer release. Then it will immediately be at the lower pitch, but as you release it will glide upwards. But you'd have to play with the tuning to get it to sound right.
