In relation to kettles, think you might do a complete history of coffee-pot engines?

Great video, but there's one bit of factual information that is omitted that is important to include. My dog (Gerald), is afraid of Kettles.

The Gastown clock in Canada is a C weird one, driven, if I remember correctly, by a Steward 5 A engine & iron counterweight balls on a chain.

I did not see this coming but he's not wrong about it using steam and I prefer the type of kettle my family has, A good old stove top whistling kettle and I liked your video on Mauretania as I'm also a fan of steam ships

Fantastic video! Really interesting history lesson. I can’t say I could really think of an absurd steam machine though… maybe a steamer for ironing clothes? 🤣 not more absurd but more unconventional compared to what’s shown here

The quirkiest contraption that's powered by steam I have seen so far probably has to be the "Dampfdraisine" which in the best way to describe it is a steam powered Wickham trolley without it's rectangular shape. There should be footage of it online.

Britians most famous preserved steam engine: flying scotsman, an LNER A3 pacific built for express service and still survives to this day. Americans most famous preserved steam engine: A DARK BLACK STEAM BREATHING BEAST THAT PULLS MILLIONS OF TONS AND IS QUITE POSSIBLY ONE OF THE MOST STRONGEST ENGINES EVER, But as an excursion train :3
