To me Nelson’s a good guy as an adult. If you think about it, Nelson had like the worst childhood, but his true nature is tough but decent. They did do a Heavenly Creatures parody, but that relationship was left ambiguous in the movie and we don't know if it was sexual in real life, even if it was obsessive, and I don't think Lisa and her new friend tried to kill Marge (if you haven't seen the movie, it's a true story from New Zealand about two teenage girls who become very close friends, and then her parents get worried and try to keep them apart, and the girls, in an attempt to stay together, murder one of their mothers - the real girls are still alive, but have changed their names and are legally forbidden to be in touch at all).

I think that Lisa claiming that she is "straight" in the non-college timeline, can be explained by the fact that she first begun experimenting with her sexuality in college. So because she never went to college, she never had the chance to experiment with her sexuality, and as such, never realised/admitted to herself the she is bi. That would also mean that in the timeline that she went to collage, she didn't became president. Alternatively, maybe she just never really came out of the closet, asside to her family. Or maybe she was afraid of losing more conservative voters, and just decided to not reveal her true sexuality while in office.

Headcanon: Millhouse dies before Lisa and she ends up with Nelson in her twilight years. Since we see Nelson really old laughing at Homer's gravestone we know that he lives a long time. Also by that time Nelson's kids from the previous relationships have grown up and so he doesn't have any reason to stay with that family anymore. This would also give him a reason to visit his grave- since he was his father in law, and might have died before they ultimately got together. Nelson ends up dying a few years before Lisa and since she's so heartbroken she hides away in the monastery for the rest of her life.

wow this was put all together so smooth. interesting and apprecoate your takes. i dont like how lisas in a loveless marraige for years andbidk people can realize their identiy as straigbt but it doesnt seem like they had her really try to be with someone outside what was expected. and lisas done a lot of good things. and having her realize elightenment was all a lie when education is so important to the development of our society as people as sentient beings? i wonder about the other timelines and if those have to be the confirmed ones but whos to say for sure i suppose. appreciate your commentary.
