All of this sounds good but this feels like it needs a demo/tutorial or this wont land with users. My cynicism is dialed up to 11 after meld though but product sounds damn good

I really, really want like the NEWM project and the overall idea. But to be honest, I don't understand a thing here. It's really hard to follow if you aren't familar with all the details. It would help a lot to see a live demo with all the features from the different perspectives, artists & users, to understand what you can actually do here or might be able to do in the near future. How does the platform look like? How do I navigate? What are all these tokens? Please! I am sure this would help the project a lot!

I agree. And “just look at their white paper “ is not good enough. For adoption to take place everything need to be extremely user-friendly. People did. It need to read a white paper to figure out how to use iTunes or Netflix - just as examples for services that gained mass adoption.

It could happen. But they've been building longer and with less than MELD and still delivered. It's mostly about marketing now and iterations. The basic products that connect everything together are already there. The best way to avoid MELD scenario is to support them.
