After listening to MANY of the online performances of this choral classic, this Choir and Conductor deliver one of the best performances anywhere. The conducting and execution is superb. This piece is a real test of a choir's ability to control breathing and intonation. Many choirs are under pitch within the first few measures. If you're an above average choral student looking for a top notch program, this school sets the bar very, very high.

I totally agree with Eph Bee. I had sung as a tenor in this piece several years ago and recall what the wonderful emotion involvement and magic of it, but also how challenging it was to sing well. Like Eph, I had just surfed through a number of renditions by the world's top choirs, but this really one took the prize for me!
