this is so impressive wow! i'm learning this piece + arrangement in my university's chorale right now, but i'm looking at the sheet music while listening and wish this group hadn't omitted m43-50. still, amazing performance!

Why did this choir repeat the "stomp" lines (where one voice part is added each repetition) twice as much as written?

JackM Vlogs that’s fine. I think it’s artistic choice, my own choir director does it. But taking out while sections of a piece is not Ohk. There are many spirituals where people will repeat things more than said because of many different reasons.

not enough tenor 1 in my opinion and i wish they looked more lively while performing
