For pile 3 i had this like ritual of waking up and meditating first thing so im good to work but when i stopped meditating when i lost my job 3-4 months ago ive been out of whack ever since. So im gonna do my grounding mediations again and turn my red light on. Ive been having bad thoughts and feelings and i can take a break from that while typing this and doing homework but im gonna go back to my spiritual stuff. I feel like i am still that spiritual girl because i still have the knowledge but when i dont execute it i forget that i can use it it and kind of forget who i am and forget everything that made me feel better about living. So yea, doing what you said.
