Lol seriously 10k for yearly subscription, If you wanna maintain file record on PC/mobile, there are lots of free apps . Ms Office- Excel for example.. But since Churches are rich, that's where you can milk bucks, clever entrepreneurs they know where money is😁

Software helps in management of data, filtering and search options to allow admins to find people easily, automation in accounting, receipt generation, generation of reports in finance as per requirements, certificate generation, bulk SMS, event management, and a lot more. Would love to know more about the free apps which you mentioned. Oh btw, churches also get a free website with content management system and 2 mobile apps for outreach and communication. Money is not the motivation, value creation is. Cheers!!

Great initiative by the app developers. JUST A THOUGHT -If a similar concept app can also be made for recording land Patta to be used by Village Council as we often hear stories of X landowner selling the same plot to multiple people in successive Village Chairman's term who were not aware of their predecessor record as it's not digitalized and years later there is a land dispute among multiple parties claiming the same plot with each having their own land patta issued by the village council themselves.

Regarding the database, user must be extra careful. Sensitive information could be easily compromised, developer must ensure data security from unauthorized users. Good initiative nonetheless.

True that. Though the hard copy registers and files are more insecure giving the fact that it can be easily stolen, on the tech side we are taking all possible security measures. One of such is using unique church code ID and user authentication through OTP so that only the authorised personal can access the software.

@@AtobaLongkumer wonderful and congratulations to your team, its high time we move to digital platform from the outdated demanding mundane manual process... Just thought will highlight one of the common observations I have made over the years which threaten the very integrity of data security. Not all but in some cases I have observed datas are made available and visible in plain sight to all users without any restrictions, this should be looked at, datas must be protected otherwise it threaten the very core of data security. There are tools and means available to redact/mask sensitive information to safeguard the datas, hopefully you guys have considered it, just bring to you attention in case it was overlooked. All the very best!

Apart from member names registering through the app and the staff contact directory not an ounce of information is shared. Not even their phone no. So if you can highlight so that we can work on it.
