En 1977 Cedric Myton et Roy Ashanti Johnson forment le groupe The CONGO'S avec l'aide de Lee Scratch Perry. En 2005 le groupe se reforme et sort en 2006 l'album FISHERMAN STYLE dont est tirée cette chanson FISHERMAN.
