Hearing about the roots of narcissistic behavior made me realize how much of it stems from brokenness. While I want to show compassion, I also know I need to protect my peace and worth in God. How do I set firm boundaries without feeling like I’m abandoning someone in need?

@@thembindaba6977 I am blessed. True. It took me moving a 1000miles away from this man to get away from the temptation to return to that relationship. It has taken me years to unrinse my mind and heart and soul from the “craziness” of that relationship. I am blessed. I am alone but at least I have the peace that only Christ Jesus brings to my heart & soul.

Some will never feel the joy that comes after repenting. To be truly known by God is like nothing else. He is able to control every part of our lives and forgives us when we are honest. He already knows so why do they not keep their hearts and minds at peace by not holding on to anything that would break Gods law or makes him Sad.

I am totally believing this. My nativity depression at spouses death protocol children and then the narcissist. I was totally set up for this by my whole life. Plus having unchristian family. Now understand how sad the plight of the Narcissist and their attempt to not see how they are possibly not realizing that repenting and forgiving those who have damaged them is what they need. Then those of use who got into their Webb thinking they really loved God somehow or loved us was all a lie so know I am worthy of Gods love and protection. So hope all of you on this Journey will see that We need closeness to our Father in Heaven and the Closeness with Him brings the happiness we seek. Like said in this video God will make a way for us He will direct our paths. We must seek Him with our whole hearts minds and strength. He will be there for us if we truly seek Him. It is not easy after leaving the Narcissist but we must learn to Trust God for all. Asking for Discernment of people is important! Ask God to help you build up your self esteem so you can understand to see thru the bs of Christians and non Christians. Learn to have a Godly love of yourselves. Pray for those who have hurt you!

@@heatherdenmark22 Thank you I also had a couple others tell me that too. It is not easy after all that to learn how to live an see thru what people are pulling off. Playing games which thru might not even know the stuff they are doing. Sick of Christian saying zGod told them this or that when you must realize they are not even ok even themselves so must really notice . Would love to tell the narrcissist who have not spoke to since end of July what exactly is wrong with him. He would not believe it anyway. I totally loved him and it was all just do he could get. I do hope God can open his eyes. He stole like 50000 but at least I am alive and so is my dog but he really hurt me and I hoped a lot for his life. I no longer at this point have to get property and a home but maybe our Father will give me a life and who knows can hope for a Christian husband. In Gods timing. Right now working at being ok and learning about people what I was suppose to learn as a kid. Learning to love self. And to trust that God will make a way for me. God bless!

I am sorry that has been your experience. Do you think the ones you have encountered are hiding behind a guise of Christianity? If there is no fruit of the Spirit within those individuals I would question whether they even know Christ Jesus. Keep your eyes on the Lord Jesus, and not on flawed people.

That's the thing, we can't. They think they know everything. They are walking with the enemy because he has them so blind. My husband is a narsisist. He only thinks of himself and playing the part of serving God when he isn't at all. I'm asking God whom I love dearly for guidance in what to do besides praying for him.

This messages suggests, and tell even openly, that such relationships is unbearable. Somehow it doesn't fit to a christian!!! It wakes up regret ; sorrow ...and all kind of negatives.
