Same type of story goes for semi final match vs croatia. We had everything in our hands suker was playing like a machine, boban, prosinecki, asanovic, jarni... World class players in every position. First thing was that our coach Ćiro Blažević didnt start prosinecki who was at the time one of the best midfielders on planet. And then in the match boban gifts a ball and they score. Thuram scored his only 2 goals in career in that match against Croatia. The story goes that french police blackmailed our coach that they would arrest him for "fixing matches" while he was coaching Nantes. So he needed to let them win. You can also see a clip of him with a police hat on his head.... something was very odd and suspicious in that wc and I do think France rigged it.
