As a country we have an overhang of 8.3% which is underleveraged by a ceiling of 4 trillion yet govt is incentiving debt by taxes. Is it a matter of choosing debt or of maximizing what cannot be covered which we are understating by taxes???

There is no where tĥat they are supporting businesses, the last bill closed down alot of businesses and industries, we want them reopened we want job backs and an environment conducive to new businesses and startups
