Chayote is one of the familiar foods in every family's meals. Chayote has a cool sweet taste and is very easy to eat. Contains abundant nutrients, has the effect of supporting the digestive system, nourishing pregnant mothers during pregnancy and fighting cancer quite effectively.... Not only is it good for health, chayote fruit is also used in diets, maintaining body shape and preventing aging. Chayote is very easy to prepare, this fruit is shaped like a pear, with many veins on the peel. The mild flavor of chayote can be combined with both sweet and savory dishes. Although it belongs to the fruit family, chayote is often used in vegetable dishes. In this video, I shared with you two delicious dishes made from chayote.
The first dish is fried chayote with chicken internal organs.
With extremely simple processing, first remove the chayote skin, then slice into thin pieces. Chicken internal organs need to be washed several times and then cut into moderate pieces. Then, put the chicken organs in the pan and stir-fry until just cooked, then add chayote to cook with. Seasoning according to each person's taste. Although this dish is simple, it is loved by many people. Because it is very delicious and healthy.
The second dish is minced meat chayote soup
With this dish, the preparation is not complicated, we just need to peel the chayote and then cut it into moderate pieces. As for the meat, you will have to mince it very finely, add a little soup powder, seasoning powder and pepper. Then boil a pan of water and roll the minced meat into round balls. After the minced meat balls are cooked, add chayote and cook until the chayote is cooked and can be taken out.

Hi 👋 Hoáng ❤ beautiful scenery where you live , chayote is such a under use and such a delightful vegetable i love boiling them and do a simple vinaigrette that is garlic salt olive oil vinegar and chillies for those that can eat chillies i can't so i add annatto for color and pound it and i fry chicken i chop in small pieces so they cook fast and the crispy and juicy the kiddos enjoyed it a lot , well dear i hope you doing well see you in your next video hugs little bee 🐝 ❤❤
