Wow, I always thought of Truffles as those white to dark chocolate candies. It's amazing how Italy manages to find them. As for the wine, my gosh, those are huge quantities. Italy sure is a magnificent place.

That was a great video and I also found it very interesting too. I believe they once used pigs to find the truffles but the problem with pigs was that they like to eat the truffles LOL. Thanks for posting!!!. John.
