My strategy : 1) read the chapter fastly 2) watch vedio explanation 3) do the theoretical part from book 4) do questions 5) make notes of thing which were hard to understand (in your own words) 6) do tests . 7) revise the chapter after 3 , 6 and 30 days of doing it .

I am a 11th moving to 12th JEE Aspirant. Bhaiya, I have no problem in focusing or sitting for long hours for studying. The problem comes when I go for the break, coz after that dopamine shot hits, I cannot come back and study before two hours or so after I realise that I have wasted a lot of time. I have tried keeping a check on time when I take break and other stuffs but none works. Please help me out for what to do in the break: 1) If I play games, I cannot come back 2) If I read novels (which I love to) then also I get so engrossed into the story that I keep thinking about it afterwards too. 3) Watching KZbin- Then there is no coming back. (Doesn't matter if it is channels like yours, I will binge watch all of your tips videos and make short notes out of them). 4) Listening music - I cannot stop at one, I will then search for its music video and then I am gone again. 5) Going out for a walk or on terrace - I live in a flat so the latter ain't possible and our society has a lot of cases, so both are eliminated. So in short : WHAT TO DO IN BREAKS SO THAT THOSE DOPAMINE SHOTS ARE NOT SO HIGH THAT I CANNOT COME BACK. PLEASE HELP!

And for coaching agar if your sole aim is iit then do integrated because usme sports extra curricular kuch nahi hoga sirf padhai aur exam life will be really boring and if you want to do some sports and extra curricular then join normal school and one advantage is ncert apne aap ho jaegi( join cbse only) to basics for jee will become strong automatically aur alag se boards ke liye time nahi nikalna hoga Disadvantage ye hai ki pehle school attend karna padhega fir coaching to self study ke liye time todha kam milega

Bhaiya I have a humble request kindly you will help me. Bhaiya I have in 11th now and have gone through 4 Jee pattern coaching test. I always decide a daily routine on every day but sometimes I got fall asleep after eating dinner at night at around 10pm inspite of being cleared that I have to do this and then I have to do that and then next morning I feel very demotivated that I wasted time. But bhaiya I am not doing up to satisfactorily as my potential in the past exams . Bhaiya I I have got 130,87,90,83 in the previous exams. Bhaiya inspite of studying according to ny plan still I am not getting better marks. What is my fault and where am I lacking. I am ready to work towards it. Kindly please reply bhaiya.
