The 2 story at 9:00 absolutely cannot be built and finished for $41k. No way. The one story at 9:20 yes, barely. But the tile alone in 2 story $10k+, electrical $5-8k, the slabs one and level two $12k in cement, steel rod, and labor.

@@zawadiem I have built 3 houses in Liberia. The house at 8:20-9:00 did not cost $41k finished, plastered, windows, tile, electric, plumbing fixtures. We each will put $100,000 USD in an escrow account and we'll see who is correct. There is NO WAY $41k unless half the materials were stolen. The one story house possibly, but NO WAY the 2 story.
