You guys and guys like you keep me motivated to keep doing my own work. Thanks guys, keep it up. Also, growing up in San Francisco back in the day we all had muscle cars back when nobody wanted them. I used to launch my 1970 firebird off the hills of Doris Days San Francisco and go airborne. I learned a lot about suspension. E brake ratchet delete used for stab sliding in the rain and we kept the recap guys in business. Back then teenagers like us had little money and old basic speed shops to work from and the magic number was 300 HP but with no Dyno technology we did the math off the back of the performance parts boxes we bought… sad…however we had auto junkyards where we could retrieve performance parts and the management let us bring in any kind of tools to do the parting ourselves. They would pull a car off the stack with a forklift and let us go at it. That practice soon went the way of the Dodo. You guys help bring back the excitement of playing with your cars… I drive a 64 Dodge model 440 powered with a 74 big block 400 modified. Still making improvements and having a blast. Nobody around me gets it except a couple of local neighbors and my wife. Everyone around me wears a mean face…. Your shows are like bottling good times.
