Joseph Chavez Just ate at the Miami airport location last night - very good burger. Juicy and you could really taste the seasoned meat. Fried egg was cooked perfectly with the yoke still runny and the peanut butter shake was excellent.

Man i wanna go to this place. You guys have been to some great places and to see that this one beats them all makes me really want to go there. To bad i don't live in the US. Next time i go there i want to remember this one ! Last time i was in New York i only went to Five Guys and to me that was a great burger.

You should try Burger City in Fullerton right across from Porto's Cuban bakery. The Cali burger with blue cheese and ask for there spread! It's like In-n-Out's their fries are also quite similar.

i will say that the Counter has the best hamburger patty I've ever tasted. Every bite packed with charbroil/seasoning. Ramsay has the best overall flavor combo I've ever tasted. Does that help? if I had to get a burger from one or the other, I'd probably do Ramsay only because everything on his menu was incredible. I might try other appetizers.

I don't think he necessarily hates bread, i think it's just for the sake of a review he wants to concentrate on the filling more. To be honest, i disagree with him... I think a good bun, well toasted could make or break a burger and i think it's vital to the overall "score".

Sunny side up rules, as does a juicy pink (not red) burger. I bet you like your steaks well done and chewy too. Now that is gross...

No I like my meats actually cooked, till there a light brown grey color. That is the point at which the meat is super tender but with a little crispness on the outside. Eating even a little blood is never okay, which is what that nasty pink is. Same goes for sunny side up, if both sides are not cooked then its a lot like eating a raw egg. When both sides are cooked the yolk still retains in its liquid form but is thicker now like a fine gravy. So that it sticks to the food instead of just running out all over the side where you don't get to enjoy it. All meats especially red ones must be cooked till all the blood is out, so yes I like my steaks the way I like my burgers. Soft tender and juicy, you probably just had someone who didn't know what they were doing and burnt the hell out of it.
