Thank you for standing up for our Lord. He is the only One whom is keeping me going. My husband of 52+ years passed away 2 years ago. James was my other half, soul mate , however you want to say it. My constant consolation, is that Christ promised us who love Him, that we will be with Him forever. In spirit and truth Christ will never leave or forsake us. God bless y’all

Anyone who thinks that is an issue with the cows have obviously never been to a farm growing up! My grandparents always had multiple cows and the water they drank from was a pond, it was also where they peed and pooped and I don't recall them ever being sick. I realize people are making a comparison between pets and livestock because they don't know better. They are just not the same.

My Gramps raised cattle decades ago and he always carried a shovel when he was out in the pasture. The cattle soon learned not to go up to anyone without a shovel. They loved to be rubbed by the shovel on their back. He even had a bull that threw dwarfs. Now popular but back then was a big No No. Was so fun to visit his ranch.

Here is what I think is funny. Been on the farm my whole life, married a farmer too. Never would have thought how easy it would be to become fond of someone else's farm animals by watching them on the tube. With the exception of dairy, where I worked as a young kid looking after the babies till they were shipped off the farm, I've never had the experience of watching mom and baby grow up together. It's been fun watching the alpacas, and especially June and Frank. I have to say coming from the fondness aspect, I am a wee bit worried about June when you....well enjoy a good steak on Frank. I would love it if you kept Frank, but I know that's farming life. Hubby and I raised Angus, I understand how it goes.

Im glad you showed it was rust I thought the same thing that others did until you showed the water flowing from the tank and it was very clear. I will say it makes me happy to see. I grew up on well water, wish I still had well water but I unfortunately live in city limits and have nasty city water.
@susanwaldron68319 ай бұрын
I'm not sure that's the problem. He can't help the iron in the well water and it won't harm the cows. I think what people don't like is like in this video he just emptied then refilled. No cleaning out the tub or even rinsing.

When I had to have a new well dug in 2006, I had sediment for months in my water. Now, it is crystal clear and has enough mineral content that it is delicious. But that mineral content is enough to leave a white film on anything. My windows are a bit cloudy from the sprinklers. Only strong vinegar will remove it. 💖💖💖

The problem with iron in the well water is it binds up the copper in the animal's diet. I'm in Nevada, and have high iron. I do give copper bolus to my cows and goats twice a year. I also put out Redmonds salt blocks for both, AND I free feed loose goat minerals. Just something to consider.
