Question 34 mein Correct Answer Option 'D' None of the above hoga. Correct answer would have been Section 25. Read Sec 25.

Ques 12 mein 'None of the above hoga'. See Section 7 Entry (vi)...According to "Value of the Subject matter as specified in the document" OR "where no amount is specified in such documents, the value as stated by the plaintiff in the plaint" decide hogi court fees.

Same doubt i have, why are tgey marking it 10 times. Even in the amended act it is not provided. But i have seen other mcqs also marking 10 times as correct ans.
