The Lord Jesus instruced me by Hi Holy Spirit to pray in tongues for an hour straight, focused, no interruptions, to restrain my emotions. My soul was like a pot full of boiling water. We csnt perceive Gods voice in that state. We need to calm down, quiet down in our inner man to perceive His whispers, impressions. We may need to expell some spirits that dwell within our soul. Ask Holy Spirit to help us to do it, and reveal to us what we need to expell.
