A young lady from the audience played the drums for this song with the band during soundcheck. They called her up to play during the show.

I’m glad these three are still active with performing the music I was familiar with as I’m from the 60’s era. Susan, Paul and Bob, still going strong RIP Bill. Barry , Richard

Now this is real music!

It’s amazing how they can maintain the harmonic sound when they are missing half the pieces of the original sound. It’s truly a credit to the great arranging ability of Billy Cowsill, who took this inane song and made it a harmonic pop masterpiece.

That is Russ Broussard - Susan’s husband and the drummer for the Cowsills.

Thank you for letting me know. I love to randomly hear a Cowsills song on the radio and to know they are still out performing & spreading the joy of their timeless music!@@judyraeweissman

You have to read my comment on the video. An audience member was asked to play drums so Russ gladly took to the tambourine.

Thanks for the info. He just seemed so exuberant in his playing and came across as pure joy. I know some drummers who would NEVER pick up a tambourine! Real men play tambourines! @@c_webwar9806

@@joebloggs8636 We've come to a point in history where words are taboo. Brainwashing a society is what I call it. I agree, get a life. It's ironic also that Mohegan Sun is a Native American Casino. I'm part Native American and I'm not offended. Jeez.
