Well for the subscribers who are here, your videos are a huge blessing at this time of year. Anytime we post, we lose subs due to bots getting cleaned out or someone realizing that our content isn’t what they thought it would be, but the ones who are left, are the ones who really love it. Your aesthetic cinema quality vlogs have been a huge comfort to our family. We are missing our fourth daughter this year and we moved to florida so we are all homesick. Videos like yours that I can enjoy at 40 years old and my little girls 3,6 and 9 like also are amazing. You make us feel so cozy and it’s not nothing. Thank you.

I can totally understand the anxiety around subscriber numbers fluctuating and the worries around sharing things online. I think it helps that those of us who are here really appreciate you exactly as you are, and are engaged with your content. My sister and I have had our channel for about two years now, and we just hit a big milestone of...35 subscribers! Lol. But whenever I think about "oh, how could we get more subscribers" I try to instead remember that everyone who is there is there for a reason and enjoys what we make, and also that I started the channel because I loved just recording bits of my life and putting them online--even if nobody ever watched them. My little childhood self who used to love talking into a tape recorder would be so delighted that now I have a device to make little videos of myself and put them online. I do it for little Florence and little Sarah, and everyone else just makes a good thing even better.

Its so interesting because I've heard several people I follow that are doing vlogmas say that their video quality won't be the same as their normal videos and I can't actually tell the difference. I think us viewers are WAY less critical than content creators and don't notice as much as you think we do. You're simply amazing my dear.

Well I love these vlogmas videos, they are so cute and fun like a Christmas card every day 😍 I really appreciate all that goes into filming and editing these. Dear sweet Morgan, your imperfections make you one of us. Of course, most of us don’t want to see the nitty-gritty of life. We all have enough of that. Your emotions your feelings help us to relate. I am one person, if not among many of your viewers, who get wrapped up in watching and all of a sudden realize I’ve been smiling the whole time. I often watch videos to escape life for a minute ( long story) and your’s are on the top of my list. I believe God needs and uses the imperfect to keep and comfort the world. How can we help others if we are too perfect to have experienced anything? So just remember.... Often imperfect is just perfect ❤

This was such a cozy and calm video! I love how you're trying to feel more comfortable and confident just filming life as-is and not worrying too much about the aesthetic of it all, I really love to see how happy you look just being your authentic self. Also the message from Charlotte at the end really hit close to home, this is my second Christmas that I won't be able to celebrate with my family, because my parents go away to work during the holidays, and this time around it's been really hard to come to terms with, because as Charlotte said, this time of year usually promises so much cheer and joy, and I feel guilty or "left out" for not feeling that way. But I've been trying to see the positive side of things and be grateful for everything I do have, and I know I'll be able to celebrate a late Christmas with my family soon. Your videos do help so much to remind me to appreciate the little things about the season. Happy Holidays 🎄🧡

I’m a fairly new subscriber to your channel. I enjoyed a few of your previous videos but was contemplating whether to unsubscribe for the very reason that the videos, although lovely in production, did not feel authentic to real life, which is what I have been looking for in these types of vlogs. I decided to click on THIS video and enjoyed it immensely. I loved it all. THIS is the type of video I find inspiring in my own life. To see how one can spice up their ordinary life in simple ways; to relish a day at home instead of always having to-do lists or go shopping for the millionth time. Your honesty is also refreshing. And the note at the end from Charlotte was what I needed to hear. My daughter and grandchildren live overseas and I have not been able to see them in three years. It’s hard on her also to not be with family here during the holidays. So that message was so comforting to hear. Christmas can be a very difficult holiday to navigate for many and various reasons. Thank you SO much for this Vlogmas. I’m viewing it at 3:30 am, as I could not sleep. Take much care.💕

Dearest Morgan, first let me say I can’t imagine anyone unsubscribing due to these videos - I love the everyday things - the cooking (from any angle - I just want to see the recipe, lol), and any imperfections that only you would notice. Secondly, being older than you, I pray you get this - trying to make life perfect will NEVER make it perfect. I could tell you many sad reasons why, but just trust me. Enjoy the day, the joys and simple pleasures but perfectionism will leave you wanting and disappointed. Much love and treasure EVERY one of your videos.

I am a bit behind because I try to spread out one video as long as I can so it will last longer… so much for YOU being weird!😂 Dear Morgan, I am 51 years old, and I begin my days during this festive season with your videos. I bought a red sweater because of you- during the day it helps me to think of you and the cozyness you spread, and that helps me to retain the festive mood in troubled times. YOU help me and make this world a better place by being you and sharing your art with us. And you know what? When I saw you clean up your kitchen in the last video, that was the moment I was so relieved, because I saw you more as a young woman than „just“ a creator (gosh, I hope this comes across right, English is clearly not my first language…). What I mean to say: You really create a community of likeminded people, and THAT is art, too. So good riddance to the people who find themselves not wanting to be a part of this beautiful, wonderful, whimsical, caring and lovely part of the internet anymore. This is sorting the wheat from the chaff. I can only imagine how hurtful and disappointing it must be to lose followers after such an honest video. Please find consolation in the fact that this is a part of building what you actually want- an honest community that loves to see whatever you want to share with us. Thank you so much for being you and opening up!❤️❤️❤️

So happy for you and proud of you. The cooking segment was so much fun and made me hungry! My mom was a perfectionist and I learned that too. It took many years for me to recognize it in myself and while longer to let it go. In shadow work we talk about our inner critic and one exercise is to make a drawing or somehow acknowledge and visualize the inner critic/perfectionist and thank it for trying to protect us (mostly from outer criticism). Thank you for your beautiful videos. They actually are perfect. ❤

Watching this video for the second time, because it makes me feel so happy. It’s so cozy and fun and comforting. That is why I watch KZbin. Not for the ‘perfect’ looking video’s but for the video’s that people pour their heart in and have fun making. And authenticity. Your video’s always look stunning. But imperfections make it more real and authentic and in some way better. I think that is why most people watch KZbin, because there are movies and documentaries that are the works of hundreds of people so of course they are more “perfect”. But still people chose to watch “imperfect” video’s made by one person.

oh my goodnesssss it makes me so happy when i have a new video of yours to watch with my morning coffee🥹🖤 but on another note, the anxiety you’re feeling is completely valid; this is part of your career now so it’s only natural that fear would arise when losing subscribers, but if you enjoy doing vlogmas and continue showing your authentic self like you always do, the types of people who are kindred spirits will always stick around and also most likely find your channel during this time too:) i know it’s probably the same for a lot of others too but i’ve been in a rough patch mentally and any sort of video from you brings me so much happiness and i am so freaking grateful. i’m so happy you had a liberating moment when filming the cooking sequence; it’s such a joy and honestly a privilege to see the raw moments of your life (and they’re just as beautiful as the perfected videos)🖤 PS i thought it was so fun you included us in a shimmy, i did it right back hahaha☺️

I think some people may go because they might have a hard time with holidays, not because of you! I enjoy these videos so much. Please don’t be discouraged ❤

This video is perfect just as it is because it's you being you, Landon being Landon and Roo being Roo! ❤️

Another creator mentioned that KZbin drops subscribers sometimes. She encourages folks to check that they are still subscribed. Be encouraged, you make amazing content Morgan!!! 🤗

Dear Mo, this video really resonates with me, I have a small business and I have so many new products that need to be posted but the fear and worry of how they will look along with the engagement and likes that it may or may not get has stopped me from doing what I love. Thank you for the reminder that it's okay. Do what you love, be creative and put it out there "imperfections" and all. I hope to work up the courage to do my best this weekend. Sending love and hugs from Canada💗

I'm sure I speak for many subscribers when I tell you how much joy your videos bring me! You and Landon are so cute together and I'm enjoying the Landon cam clips! The snow scenes are beautiful and how delicious those donuts looked! Will have to try them next trip north.

I appreciate you Morgan. If anything, the thing I love most about your videos is the authenticity and vulnerability you share with us on here. ❤

I for one absolutely love these 'not perfect' videos. It's a reflection of who you are, of who we are. Sometimes we look dashing and perfect and happy. And some times we are just real. I love the real you. It reminds me of your very first video content and it was one of the reasons I started following you. Because it felt so real. It still does, and of course I enjoy a video that is perfect in every way. But this, this is heartwarming real. Thank you so much for reminding me not having to be perfect all the time. ❤️

You are by far the most heart warming, inspirational, youtuber that I have followed for many many years. I will continue to follow your journey for all the years you create. I love to see you finding happiness 💛

People have a lot going on in their lives so some will become new subscribers and a few will go away BECAUSE. of what is happening in their lives. I love the Christmas Vlogs but I also love Christmas. I am nowhere near where you are in your Christmas preparation and enjoyment so I enjoy these blogs a lot. Be kind to yourself and be happy🌲🌲🌲 a tree for each of you.

Sorry, this is my third comment, haha. (Good for the engagement at least, eh? 😂) I’ve just realised I never got around to watching your last two videos, even though you’re one of my faves and even though I’ve been watching loads of KZbin. My subscription box is a crazy place right now. I’m glad to be back at your channel. You are genuinely an oasis of calm in all the hectic festive content xXx

Morgan, you are doing beautifully. It's in the small things that bring joy. Today I noticed we have the same tea kettle and that brought me joy! Thank you for sharing your authentic self. Algorithms be damned! Much love to you and Landon!
