22:13 M. Night Shyamalan tried to show you this in his movies 'Split' & 'Glass'.. Lucid Dreaming (Astral Projection ?) is easy once you get the hang of it and gets better the more you practice.. Inception & Insomnia don't explain how to do it but from the information in the movie, you can tell the writers & directors are very experienced with Astral Projection.. I would say the main trick is training your mind to recognize patterns & then get into the habit of doing a "reality check" (inception describes it as a Token) several times throughout the day... eventually, in theory, you'll subconsciously do "Reality Checks" in your sleep - then its up to you to recognize the patterns.. watch the movies + google some youtube tips and tutorials then practice for a few weeks, it dont take long... please dont think im weird now

I did know about Nelson Mandela since I did a book report on him and read his book as a kid so from that perspective I think the prospect of the Mandela effect is kind of outrageous perhaps people just don't pay enough attention to their own surroundings. HOWEVER......👇🏿 That guy going to another dimension sounds slightly similar to a crazy experience I had in my early twenties. I used to go to my girlfriend's house every morning super early. She would leave the keys under the mat I would come upstairs and we would just finish sleeping until breakfast. 👇🏿 One day I woke up from a dead sleep and set up and rub my face. I turned around and looked to see if she had woken up and what I saw blew my mind. I was looking directly at myself sleeping. I stood up and took a step towards the window next to the bed every movement felt slow and laborious like I was under water or something. I looked outside and no s*** everything had an orange tint to it it reminded me of that one scene from The Terminator where the vomit just gone off and everything was yellowish red. It was nobody on the street no one in the distance it was almost like movement didn't exist the whole neighborhood from outside the window was dead. I turned around almost instinctively walked towards myself and then sat down in the same position and laid into my silhouette. I woke up and not only was I out of breath it was like I had been holding my breath for a really long time. I never had another experience like that but that day stuck out to me.
