Great job to The Crue, covered this song back in the day myself. I hate that everyone gives Vince such a hard time they forget that the guy is in his 60's and has lived a hard life, and I find it amazing that he is still alive with all the booze and drugs he did, and able to perform at all. Mick Mars is one of the most underrated guitar players in history, he pretty much influenced a generation, and wrote some of the most recognized guitar riffs of all time from the 80's. Nikki didn't start out as a great bass player but kept pushing himself, but he was a great song writer. Vince at 20 years old was one of the best voices in metal, and their stage show changed the game. Let's give credit where it's due. I bet very few could party like they did and live to tell it. Mick was in constant pain for years and definitely not playing at his full potential yet still was able to out preform most for decades. The fact that people still recognize their music after 40 years is a testament to the impact they made....
@thecruetributehouston Жыл бұрын
Agree 100% with everything you said. Could have said it better ourselves. We get thousands (no joke...thousands) of comments about how our singer should replace Vince, which while that's flattering and very complimentary of our singer, it's a little annoying and nonsensical. Our band is 100% about love and respect for Mötley Crüe and sharing our passion for their music for our fans. We would never seek to discredit them, replace any one of them, be better than them, or anything like that. We are a strong team of musicIan's regardless of who's music we are playing and the performances y'all see in the videos are a result of the hard work we've put in over the past 3 years. At the end of the day we do it because we LOVE playing live music, and we LOVE Mötley Fuckin' Crüe! 🤘😝🤘
