If I hadn't read your comment, I would not have known that was what this short video was about; yet you say nicely done. I'm a reasonably intelligent gay Black man. Now, he does seem to be disconnected from society and there's no getting around how messy his apartment is; but that could be due to a number of factors: A man grieving the loss of a loved one, being terminated from a job, receiving bad news from a medical examination, being in love with someone who doesn't feel the same way about him etc... Maybe some narration or a knock on the door from a concerned neighbor or friend would strengthen & support the story line or some background information.
