I remember when I was 14, I got raped by 4 men. I was lost and confuse at a young age. I hate myself, I couldn't stand my skin or my heart. I couldn't bare too look or live another day. My family turn on me and looked at me differently. I listen too the original song and it uplifted me. I got through the darkest alone and I stumble onto this song. I overcame a lot alone and this song gave me peace. The peace I was looking for, you voice guided me too say "yes I did it and I'm still doing it.." thank you
