Welcome back to part 2 of my time in Cape Town (Which i absolutely loved btw)
During my time in Cape Town, I went to see Matt's call centre (who you briefly met in my travel videos)
And i must say... It's one of the Craziest Call Centres i've ever seen. The energy in that place was electric! And thats before even mentioning the backstory of all the staff there.

Nice video mate! Why did your friend pick South Africa in particular to setup a call centre? What sort of work are the callers doing?

Oww... i'd have to ask him this question! And they work across a wide variety of clients (don't know the specifics) haha
