The militia archer on that other catapult put in some serious work. Just goes to show the importance of knocking out catapults before attacking.

As the attacker, you can ride up, set a ladder and get on the walls before the enemy manages to man them in force, if you're lucky. Then, jump off into the courtyard, and go catapult hunting. Risky, but well worth it...

I love the executioners axe... best weapon by far. I love having the palace guards out there fighting with me too... me and my buddies running around with our axes hacking people to bits.

Custom forged 2-handed axe with the longest haft, highest damage blade (it's not the bardiche blade, despite that being the longest, there's an actual axe head that does slightly more damage, making it a bit more likely to cut through multiple enemies). With some luck, timing and positioning, you can kill 3 people in a single swing...

When I defends the walls with arrows when ennemies get on ladders, I always targets the ennemies climbing the ladders... Quite often, more than half of the ennemies are not able to reach the top of the ladder before I shoot them down, so my infantry dont risk to be overruned. With that strat, once the ennemy dont have siege engines anymore, victory is almost guarranted.

He's right, should disable it for your game performance as well, you can't see 25% of the screen sometimes and it'll mess your framerates. After the battle you'll be able to see kills and deaths of units too so the excuses made before don't make sense

@@joeyh273d4 for small battles work like 80> In sieges and huge battles that doesn't matter you can use TAB to see the composition, K/D and casualties. The most important thing is to see if your companions are killing or they been knocked out.

I just got completley demoslished due to thinking i was supposed to do the main quest first and by day 500 i had 3 larger than me clans attacking me and with 2 towns that are in the process of going down i plan on restarting do you have any advice for me for this new run i have read things like only going for bows in the combat skills and ignoring the main quest as long as possible but do you have any other advice? Is an army of mainly archers viable? Is cavalry better than infantry in open field battles? Sorry for the long comment your just the highest skill level player i have the best chance at getting a response from and thank you if you do reply

yeahhh i’d probably avoid the main quest for as long as you can because it isn’t really necessary and makes it a huge pain to play after that😭but honestly there’s so many different ways you can build your army, like having a bunch of archers can 100% get the job done probably just have some cavalry and infantry to defend them. Me personally I usually end up with a lot of cavalry and a lot of archers and then just a little bit of infantry to hold off the push👍don’t apologize bro I like helping people out hahaha we all learning everyday glad you stopped by❤️
