I love Michael O'Neil and appreciate the work that he does! I think what makes a Catholic Miracle more worthy of belief vs. other religious miracles is the way that they are investigated. You can be sure that every stone has been lifted, turnt, thrown, you name it... Thank you Keith for this interview! ⚘️

St Francis Xavier raised 34 dead persons to life in my home town GOA in India in the 16th century. This made to whole of Goa become Christian. I wish some American Catholic film maker like Mel Gibson or James Claviziel would make movies about the following persons which have miracles which would fill the whole of America with great zeal because movies make a great impact on people who don't like to read: Cabeeza de Vaca Antonio Margil de Jesus the Apostle of Texas Jean Brebeuf North American Martyr (not sure if Brebeuf worked miracles but the life story is extremely inspiring) Blessed Maria de Agreda the flying Nun There are some anti Christian or secular movies made but we need Catholic movies which show miracles

Dear@@kathrynflynn5889, a tilma is the peasant cloak-like garment made of cactus threads. The native Juan Diego used it as an apron to carry Castilian roses (blooming miraculously on a hill near Mexico City in mid December 1531) to the bishop of Mexico to show him that Mary had, indeed, appeared to him and wanted a church built on that same hill. When he saw the bishop, Juan Diego let the roses fall to the floor, and his tilma had an image of Mary in the dress of a pregnant Aztec princess. She had stars on her cloak and the rays of the sun behind her and she was standing on the crescent moon. The bishop had a church built and 9 million Aztecs converted and human sacrifice ended. Thing is, they don't know how the image was formed, and the cactus disintegrates after abot 30 years, but this tilma has endured coming up 600 years.

Just in case you don't have these in your list. Hey Miracle Hunter. Have you looked into the Marian miracle in Guam, USA. Short story, 400 years ago fishermen saw a statue of Mary awash on the reef. They tried to get it, but the ststue moved. They went back to shore and put on clothes and went out to the reef sgain. This time the statue was held by huge crabs. They built a small chapel. But since that time healing and other micracle have been attributed to the statue. It is. Ow the patron saint of the basilica on the island. But the most prominent miracle aside from the dozens of crying statue witnessed, and other minor healing is that sometime in the forties or thirties?...just prior to WWII, DURING A procession on Dec 8 celebrating her feast day here, the palankin holding the statue surrounded by hundreds of flowers, satin cloth, wood, caught fire from the candles and quickly engulfed the palankin, the entire thing went up in flames but the statue was not harmed in any way, not even the hair which was woven of real hair. Another miracle, a Marian apparition occurred on the island of Saipan to the North of Guam. A spring is located at this apparition site and healing attributed to Mary.

Why will someone not believe the Miracles when the apostles performed miracles(plenty of it in the NT). Jesus performed miracles and promised to be with us till the end of time. If you do not believe the Miracles then you are not believing God's power? I think protestants do not believe in miracles because they do not have miracles to show and so they call it weird which I believe is the devil's doing. Why will Protestants call it weird when Miracles are so plenty in the Old and New Testaments. God is truly participating in Human history as Jesus promised by sending Mother Mary to warn people of what will happen if humanity continues to anger God. The prophets did it in the OT, Jesus came to earth in the NT and now Mother Mary and the saints in our History. What is weird with the miracles, only the devil will call it weird to make people not believe in God's power and Jesus promise of, "I will be with you till the end of time".

@@ClementGreen less of course. I bet no pedo Priest prayed the Holy Rosary daily whilst committing their sick, twisted crimes “No one can live continually in sin and continue to say the Rosary: either they will give up sin or they will give up the Rosary” - Bishop Hugh Doyle. As a teenager (19yrs I think), I was told that at Catholic Priest had been arrested as a pedo whose Church I had attended about ten years previously - this was from Catholics. I also had a pedo teacher at a Catholic school try it on with me. I have said for a long time "I f**king hate pedos". I stayed away from Church for decades and said things that were blasphemy in any Christian denomination. The short version of why I started going back to Catholic Church and praying the Holy Rosary is, as a scientist, the science on the Turin Shroud proves the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Then there was Church approved Marian apparitions - the science on the miracle images from Our Lady of Guadalupe and Our Lady of Las Lajas is stunning. Mother Mary has repeatedly asked us to pray the Holy Rosary in Marian apparitions. Then there was the stunning science on Eucharistic miracles that prove transubstantiation and Apostolic Succession is reality. I don't f,in hate pedos anymore but still hate what they do. I pray for everyone to go to Heaven - I could not wish the fires of Hell on anyone no matter what they have done and that includes those that tortured my Mother to death! I thank God that I have learned the importance of forgiveness - I came accross the story of St. Maria Goretti recently (link below). Thankfully, there are two wonderful Priests at the Church I go to. Pedophiles are a scourge to society no matter where they materialise and should be locked up not covered up. kzbin.info/www/bejne/fJvYi32HmaqWmsk St. Maria Goretti God bless you

@@Chris-wf6km My father was a paedophile, and first raped me when I was four. It went on until I was ten. He passed me round his friends, who took turns raping and torturing me. He himself tortured me after a paedophile party when I was five. He was one of those who impregnate a young single woman - my mother - in order to harvest the child: 'The nearer the bone the sweeter the meat', he was fond of saying. I suppose that forgiveness is something that can take place here on Earth, which is why Jesus was crucified down here rather than up in heaven. It's always the victim on whom the duty falls to forgive, and it's the victim who forgives himself for a guilt which is imposed by the perpetrator. When you forgive somebody, you are really forgiving yourself, which is why God sacrificed himself to himself all those years ago. I never saw any repentance in my father, although I spent a lot of time with him. Sometimes he would show signs of disquiet, but these would quickly pass, and it was more to do with his own fear of being found out, and then being prevented from raping more children. I think there were probably hundreds. He was a psychopath, as I assume many unrepenting paedophiles are. Ok he may have been born that way. I was born deliberately so that he and his paedophile ring could do this to me when I was old enough for them. I mean he obviously met me before it all happened, and this did not deter him or them. You say he went to heaven because I forgave him? But I didn't forgive him, because I had no idea that it had happened until after he was dead. And when some forty years later I gradually remembered what had happened, I don't forgive him: does he go to hell?
