@glachloser Trump and his driver once had a flat tire. Some family helped them change the tire. A week later he paid off their house loan. Trump let homeless people live in the Trump hotel for free for months until they got back on their feet. You are obviously brainwashed by the media. Trump obviously thinks he is the bees knees, but he would definitely pay people who work for him.

@@Lachlans-i2sgetting super bored of folks like yourself that can't think rationally and eat anything you are told. You don't have to like Trump personally to understand his value. I don't even want to get into an argument but you are truly suck for bringing Trump up out of the blue. If you had to explain why Trump is uniquely awful you couldn't do it to save yourself.

Few more details: Hitler personally was never elected but the Nazi party won a relative majority in the last election of the weimar republic. Reichspräsident and Chancellor were different roles with the president being personally elected while he picked the chancellor which was kind of like a prime minister. It's also important to know that towards the end of the Weimar Republic the parliament basically broke down from political infighting and much of legislation got passed by extensive emergency laws granted towards the president. At the time Hitler got into power the system was already beyond repair.

The problem with Van Rossem was that he actually was an economic genius, he was one of the few who understood the world of finance and was calling out bankers predicting the banking crisis in detail decades before it happened. He was so much smarter than anyone else on the subject that he believed he could set up a scam that was basically a copy of what the banks were doing, only with all the profits getting into his pockets rather than the shareholders of the banks. He was undeniably a criminal, but he was a thief who was stealing from people who were legally stealing from the regular people. Ending up this weird cult figure a lot of people had a weak spot for, even though nobody really trusted him.

Dude after 7years HAAS still hasn't figured out rear brakes that work. Or to be more specific, a MGU-K that doesn't make the brakes fail. First seasons their cars couldn't stop ending up in a wall because the brakes refused to engage for the driver. Always at the most dangerous high speed corners. Literal death trap cars and FIA did nothing. Today total failures happen much less but you can still see the drivers constantly struggling with unreliable braking after high speed straights. It's like their storage or conduits have a safety threshold refusing further charge at some moments and the reaction is releasing pressure on the brakes no matter driver input.

I personally found it strange that Andretti wanted to enter so close before a regulations change. I mean it would effectively mean the team would have to build two cars simultaneously from the ground up, and in two years it is impossible to fully develop a car. Look at Mercedes that missed the right design at the beginning of the ground effect cars, and ar just now starting to catch up, and that is a team with a ton of experience. I think Andretti would fall flat on it's face if they were allowed to do what they wanted to do.
@Rizon1985
@Rizon1985 10 ай бұрын
@@nicodeboer7429Yeah Mercedes had the most stupid and worst entry in F1 history. 4th, 4th, 5th, 2nd and then 8 years WCC with 7 of them WDC breaking every record around. Every other team missed RB applying exhaust to the rear diffuser and having a flex rake but Mercedes should have known. Using the most accomplished driver in history up to that point to train one of the most promising rookies. Totally didn't pay off.

One story to help you understand why in Belgium he was considered half criminal, half hero: his ability to call out faulty or unfair financial/economical structures...and then exploit them in the most flamboyand, egotistical way possible. When he had his political party, it would receive government money based on the number of votes it got. Van Rossem thought this funding was too much and an unwise spending of government money. So he publicly asked the political leaders if he could give back that money. Of course the political leaders were deadly afraid to set a precedent that would not suit them and denied. Van Rossem promptly bought Ferrari Mondials for his political party staff using the money. And wput a Moneytron windshield banner on them.

Stefan Johansson proved during this season that he was the best driver in the 80's and 90's who NEVER got a F1 or Indycar win even though he did win the Le Mans 24hr teaming up with his teammate from 85-86 season with Ferrari and also 91 with Footwork, Michele Alboreto. Taking a car in it's first season with reliability issues and struggling to get out of pre-qual and managing a 5th and more importantly a podium shows that he was a good driver and that the car on it's day was a decent car. Sure they got a bit of luck in those races but even with luck the car and driver still need to be in a position to capitalise on it.

Great video as always Aldas. Consider using transitions and switching to different soundtracks throughout the video. The continuous background music leads to loss of concentration. You've taken a tip from me before so hopefully this helps!

I saw him driving an Audi TT once in Belgium. Of course the experience didn't last long because he was driving very fast.

Funnily enough Bernie later said 'We aren't some sort of Mafia, we are the Mafia.' And we all know what Max Mosely dressed in... so Van Rossum wasn't totally wrong. Anyways, great vid! Would've loved from you to include the attempted Monteverdi comeback in 1991, but it doesn't make much of a difference :)

I’ve spent years now studying the sketchballs of the 80s with skeletons in their closet from Don Nichols, to Jean-Marie, to Jean-Pierre for a series. so this is amazing to see the Belgian talked about great job mate love this sort of coverage! My only side bar is Jean-Pierre was a Marxist at heart. Atleast he’d admit so much at one point in his life maybe not later favoring “libertarian” doctrine(probably more like anarchy lol) . He despised Jean-Marie likely for… well… reasons Balestre otherwise did his damndest to bury from his past. Needless to say the Htler reference was imo more a jab at that history than anything and Jean Marie’s skeletons from his service. I took it to mean JP thought Jean-Marie was wholly unscrupulous, much like Htler’s takeover of the Reichstag through federal elections via the NSDAP becoming the largest party forcing Hindenburg’s hand appointing him chancellor. Some pretty nasty political maneuvering that might apply but also tying Jean Marie to that dark past . Again just my take though reading too much into the words of a drug addict.

Nah, the car and livery looked amazing, especially with the pink highlights, unlike the Green ones they ran in next (and last) season

He was a genius and started a political party and his straight on no nonsense approach and being a genius meant that no politician could take him on in debates. There are legendary clips and debates of it.
