My dad worked offshore for years & from time to time he'd catch a cobia or two in his down time while tied up to the platform. He always fried it. One of the best tasting fish ever, snow white meat, nice & firm. It was a favorite around our house.

What an amazingly exciting video Gabe😀!! It was so riveting, and suspenseful also. I was at the edge of my seat wondering how each of the boys could catch such huge fish, and how you were going to help Luke, and Tarzan at the same time. Jake was on top of things when you asking him to help Luke while you helped Tarzan bring in his big fish. This video put a big smile to my day here in California. I loved Jake's lovely prayer for the food, and Luke's ramora explanation. Luke was more impressed with the ramora, than his fish he caught.
