The snowy Spa thing is because you have seasonal adjustments turned on in the Custom Shaders Patch settings (Content Manager>Settings>Custom Shaders Patch>WeatherFX>seasonal adjustments). If you turn that off, then the seasons will be locked in and will stay the same every time you go to the track 😉
