i have 2 fun challenges you COULD try. first would be an easy one. get on top of mount chiliad with a gokart. second is gonna be kinda hard. try landing the oppressor mk1 on top of the maze bank (whitout its wings open)

For some car stunts, if you need more speed you can actually do what some GTA speedrunners called "brake boosting" combined with Franklin's special ability to gain alot of speed in a matter of seconds. It's a good trick to learn to help your stunts.
