Dude! Hell yeah! Have you ever read the book grand complications? I’m learning how to do inlays at the moment and it’s a huge inspiration! I love that the feathers are acting as the fret markers! Killer work my dude!

Oh yeah! Totally forgot about that book, I remember flipping through it at some point in England, I can definitely understand how it'll bring about a lot of inspiration. Hehe, yeah I thought those turned out pretty well😁 glad it translates well to others as well

Nice, easy, little weekend project - what you got planned for this weekend? That looks amazing - what stands out to me is the strong grain pattern in the fretboard that really gives the impression of speed/ falling - especially in the last camera sot where your pan down from the Sun to icarus. I would have gone blind and wrecked both my hands attempting anything like that. Should have made it a 9-string so you could fit both the feet into the design I noticed that there were adjustments as you did the initial placement and layout.

Cheers! Yeah, totally a quick weekend project😅 (to be fair, technically yes as it took a couple of weekends specifically). I really am bummed that I had to chop off one of the feet, but atleast the majority stayed intact. We'll see how it looks with frets in🤞🏼
