15:06 ive had a CS gap worse than that back in season 3 when old nunu could run around and eat minions out from under you because his Q use to outsmite smite. i was lvl 13 and the enemy was lvl 5. all i did was build tank and movement speed and take all his camps. back then camps were on a longer timer and only the big monster gave most of the xp, plus no catchup xp. in the end lobby he kept cursing me out it was amazing. i have a screenshot of it still this playstyle is def why we have catchup xp now
