It's funny i'd say Archangel Kristya is similar to that idea however it just flat out stops Special Summons Alltogether once it's Summoned and if it's sent to the graveyard it's just placed back on top of the deck all on a 2,800 body you can cheat out with Tribute Burial super easy in a non fairy deck. And to make matters worse you can use stuff like Moon Mirror Shield so it can't be beat over by battle 99.9 percent of the time Super Magic Sword of Raptinus to stop Targeted Card Effects or Destruction by Battle. She with those Equips can Solo by herself basically any deck if you cheese her early. I run her sometimes in a Kaiju, Lava Golem, Ra Sphere Mode Deck.

There are also more super crazy cards from back then with absolute insane effects like "The last Warrior from another Planet" or "Helpoemer". The first one simply says that no player can summon monsters as long as he is on the field and Helpoemer has the super weird effect that says if it's destroyed by battle and send to the grave, as long as it's in the grave your opponent discards 1 card in each of their battle phase for the rest of the duel, as long as Helpoemer is in the grave. Absolute crazy effects if you think about it.

I used this in my frog monarch deck when i played edison, and it was kinda cracked. Plenty of water monsters in grave to summon it and it was a special summon which worked great since i could get out one of my monarchs as well as fenrir. Cards like deep diver and mother grizzly to search out cards i needed for my follow up turns. Very fun card when i played against lightsworn.
