I would have folded too with only a pair. There's a lot of luck involved.

Exactly. Kings was a bad hand to have from the 1 card straight and the possible flush. It’s just one of those nasty turnouts from a good initial deal.

Ok, I'm confused what in the world was Garrett, the guy that folded, concerned about w/this hand? That Mikki had a flush? It seems he psyched himself out and weighted prior results too heavily to predict this hand and forgot to play simply play this hand
@joshcross6142 жыл бұрын
Straight, flush, or 3 of a kind. Garrett's king pair is okay, but it was a possible straight pull for Mikki 2 different ways - either holding a Jack or a 7 and 8.

3 hearts on the flop, that would scream flush to me if someone were betting like that.
@doyker2 жыл бұрын
he could easily have had a jack. what are you even talking about man
@jlateralus212 жыл бұрын
Lots on the board. In fact, a flush wasn't his biggest concern. A person with a flush probably doesn't bet the flop or even that high on the river. I would think 2 pair or trips. Trips definitely doesn't want someone chasing that 4th heart. So they'd surely bet the flop.
@Nelson-rw2yd2 жыл бұрын
Yeah .. there are virtually no hands that the pre-flop action makes sense with, that would then be betting every stage. AQ of hearts (although betting the flop would be kind of weird), QQ including Qh, maybe JJ including Jh ... All your other replies are people I would gladly have at the table.

With his body language and then showing his cards at the end, makes an huge advantage to other the players. Pride should not be shown at a poker table.

Not huge advantage quite the opposite actually because he can act the same way he did but this time without a bluff and a good hand which will lure them into thinking it’s a bluff when it’s not.
