Celtic are still a bigger club than Leicester but in modern football the history and size of your club don't matter anymore because it's about what league you're in and luckily for Leicester because they're English they'll always be wealthier and therefore more attractive to join than the Old Firm because of the simple contrast of club revenues between English and Scottish clubs which is why English clubs are generally better than Scottish clubs. On the pitch Leicester are definitely better than Celtic which is the most important thing.

Of course Leicester have the better team and would beat Celtic most days, doesn't mean they're bigger. Same like Sunderland being a bigger club than Bournemouth but Bournemouth are currently more attractive to join and closer to the Premier League than Sunderland. If you don't understand this then you simply don't understand football.
