Because the mod isn’t ready, Gigan has said before many times that the mod will be released when it’s finished, and he’s not the person whose working on the mod, that would be his brother, Tihyo. So basically, the mod isn’t finished, and he doesn’t have an estimation of when it will be, because he’s not the one working on it.
