The Crew 2 - Lamborghini Veneno chasing Koenigsegg Agera R at Big Sur, California

In the final few hours of The Crew 2 beta, I took the Lamborghini Veneno Hypercar discipline for a drive at Big Sur, California (Reverse Highway One of TC1 PvP track). Then suddenly a wild Koenigsegg Agera R flew past me!
We raced until the Golden Gate Bridge in San Fransicso.

But yeah, there are some differences of The Crew 1's Big Sur and The Crew 2's Big Sur, most notably the 2 tunnels. Other than that, the corners felt a bit more tame? Or maybe just me.

EatLiftGameRepeat I preferred The Crew to FH3. Sure, the physics were awful, but the mini United States makes for much more varied scenery, instead of "desert or rainforest". Driving in The Crew feels more like a journey than Forza Horizon.

Yea, I agree with that; FH3 was basically what you said, "desert or eainforest". I tend to prefer FH2 just because it's got some more scenery. I have not played any crew games, as I'm more into the sim racing. I play Assetto Corsa and project cars as well with thrustmaster setup

The 12-year-old console peasants who just play Forza and Gran Turismo and shit. They'll find everything "wrong" with a PC racing game and then are shortly disproven afterwards. Ubisoft makes some good looking games, I've gotten some really neat photos of cars in this one. Just the only thing I have an issue with is the physics. It feels like the cars are magnetized to the ground. Also the Rally Cross races are kinda boring (I was hoping for real rally in a Lancia Delta S4, gotta have that Group B madness).

I really like how they toned down the traffic. In the first game you could barely drive, let alone drift on these roads because of the congestion, I think I went looney a few times on the grand tour race because of it. Having nice, nearly empty roads like this is what I want to see.
