Its actually is AWD The Gst is 4g63t FWD and the GSX is 4g63t AWD And the car model is actually not that good the Headlights are the old ones even if you change the 96 bumper to the 97-99 one, they didn't put foglights and the interior in real live is not that good but damn Ubisoft didn't even try to make it seem from this age quality.

Also if he sees this and really wants one, he should know that they aren't the most reliable cars, if he decides to buy one (and modify it) the transmission can't handle as much as the motor can, it needs to be built past about 450whp, the engine in that year of the eclipse is prone to crankwalk when pushing higher horsepower, there are ways to solve it but I don't know how that'll take some forum digging, the best option is to get an engine from an evo or to get an engine from the first two years (91-92) of the dsm or the early I-III evo's (the early version is known as the "6 bolt" engine because it has 6 bolts connecting the flywheel to the crank, while the later motors are known as the "7 bolt" because they have 7 bolts connecting the engine to the crank)

Theo is totally worth it to import one is two door evo ( Considering that the top trim is AWD and has the 4g63t ) You change the Turbo, fuel pump, and injectors and you have created a rice rocket for yourself. I have a 97 GST Spyder and even my been FWD It has been three years and I'm still in love and even if you buy a FWD one is not that hard/expensive to make it AWD. and BTW Eclipses hold most of the 4 cylinders AWD cars ( EVOs are a lot slower for the weight ). So you shouldn't need more excuse to import one from Spain

It was a Monarch Green GST. I later got a Talon TSi and eventually my Minden Silver Pearl 1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX. Modified my GSX to hold 500 WHP reliably. If you ever get the chance to get one you should bro. They are fun little cars.

As someone who has been around these cars my whole life, i will tell you a little about it, from 90-99 we caLL them dsm,s they were made in normal illinois in the united states they made a laser a eagle talon and the eclipse all with small csmetic differences it was a joint juncture of mitsu, chrysler and plymouth, the gst is the fwd turbo and the gsx is the awd turbo, they both carry the engine from the evo3 but with a smaller turbo,they are the king of the streets lots of mods can be done, if you could get your hands on one you will love it but they are money pits but well worth it because if built and tuned right youll almost never lose in a drag race.

These cars are very capable and respond well to modifications, the engine and all wheel drive system derive from the evo/galant VR4, the infamous 4g63 engine handles a lot of power even in stock form, now being in the USA they are everywhere but they did export them to some parts of Europe and range from 6-12 for a clean AWD example

Europe did get these cars. The euro model all came with a variation of the 4G63. Also, the euro cars have orange turn signals lens on the rear taillights. Here in the US we have a only red taillights. DSM owners call them EDM taillights.

I did not put the Fast & Furious livery on mine. It's rocking the Sleeper look, with the default red and the optional factory rims. The RS and GS versions of the second generation Eclipse were FWD, naturally aspirated cars, the GS-T was FWD with a turbocharged version of the same engine, and the GS-X was the top of the line, with the GS-T engine and AWD.
