SWAT has some of the best "realistic" and charismatic characters along with good elements. But the one big element is the same story element they repeat episode after episode. If we're talking about a show full of heavily armed criminals, at LEAST make it so that it's heavily action-packed like the video I am linking below. Dedicate an entire season to take down heavily armed crime lords and their orginization instead of one episode after another.
