I like it better when they costume it Japanese and then we're in a sort of pretend Japanese fantasy world with mostly British behavior. (Or Canadian, or American, or Australian, or whatever the case might be.) Doing it *that* way just makes the parodies and parallels so much more *fun* (for *me* anyway). This is interesting too, though.

It's a little *too* obviously "Oh, look, we're actually English" for my taste, and to me that just makes it *less* funny. We *know* you're actually English. Thank you. No need to rub it in.
