What would likely happen if you are invited to attend a voluntary interview, and officer claims they have video evidence of you throwing an object at your neighbors property during an altercation (in which they were goading you and filming despite being repeatedly told you have serious mental illnesses) but you didn't actually throw the object at them or their property but did throw the object at your own garden wall and (perhaps but not known some debris fell into their garden) no damage caused to their property.?

Hi Sophie, for something to be ‘aggravated’ it’s when it increases the severity of what’s happening, Could be a weapon for example :)

My neighbour layed row of paving blocks on my land committing encroachment. Will I commit criminal damage removing it when it's in my land?

Your neighbour sounds like a bit of a pain, keep a record of everything they do if you feel you are being harassed. You may need to take it to civil court or contact the land registry for some guidance

@@hayleyvictoriacrime we already have started legal proceedings against them over boundary dispute sending letter with allegations from our solicitor. They get around it by ignoring it and placing property on market. Now we want them sort this mistake out before they move but they refuse and want to pass it on buyer. We are so frustrated now cause police and legal ways can't do anything about it. Only way to sort it is to resort to braking the law.

@@piotrlobacz When law fail take matters into your own hands. Paint stripper is cheap and you need balaklava & little spray gun. Sure they have a car!

So poo can be washed away and my neighbour painted my fence without my consent. Latter can't be washed away and police said it's not criminal damage.
