…. It’s…. It’s beautiful. I have a tiny suggestion, have the piglin down at the soul sand look like it’s running away cause they are scared of soul fire. And down the line would you consider an expansion and adding the bastion (cause they are HUGE so I get why not yet) Amazing as usual though

1:40 my recommendation is make the 8 block gap a small but long lava gap to represent a lave lake. id say make it 32, 64, or EVEN 96 blocks long but just 8 to 16 blocks wide and 1 or so blocks deep. part wise it should be pretty cheap aside from the lights! but it may mess with your planned full moc dimensions. you could put a little easter egg of dream lava boating across while being chased by hunters or something too! maybe even a neither fortress bridge in the background

Definitely my favourite module so far! For the soul sand valley it would be nice if you made it very flat but big, you could put it in front of the other modules so that the nether has some depth it would make the nether feel much bigger! Can't wait to see you tackle big projects like the woodland mansion, ocean monument and end! (Although you should probably save the end for when Minecraft finally releases the end update).
@tomsyalad9556 Жыл бұрын
I was thinking the exact same thing! One idea could be to have the Soul Sand Valley at the front alongside the Crimson forest, which would work perfectly with the bit of a Nether Fortress in the Crimson Forest! Putting the next bit of the Nether Fortress on a hill could save on parts too.

I can't believe how much beauty you managed to create using an almost completely red palette! This moc looks gigantic! And I can't believe it's STILL overshadowed by the height of the warped forest, its width is deceiving and makes it look much shorter than it actually is. By that way, I saw a video a couple days ago by a user called Antistud, which you watched a few days ago as well as I came across your comment. When I was watching I saw the oak door design he'd used on his house and it looked super cool! And last time I checked I believe your oak houses didn't have any, so I thought you might wanna check it out and maybe ask him how he did it? Have an amazing week!

Love the technique for the weeping vines, also the dark brown is the perfect color for the nether fortress, hopefully LEGO does the same with future sets, because we need more dark brown. And the vibrant red of the crimson forest makes the medium nougat for the hoglins look pretty good. Maybe the more saturated medium nougat as opposed to using nougat makes it look like the red light from the lava is bouncing off the crimson and onto the hoglin, making it a bit more realistic. I hope that makes sense

Dang, Cheesey, this is quite good! I'd be proud just to have a creation this great in my house, but building it is insane. This module really captures the scale of the Nether Fortress and the Crimson Forest even after the modifications. The LED lava falls are super unique and are not something I've seen anyone do before. One (possibly unintentional) detail that I like is the wither skeletons being grouped together instead of apart. In the game, they usually often spawn in packs of 3-4, similar to your model, instead of randomly distributed. Add on to all that, you also put in a single soul flame, which is such a pretty piece with the transparent. It's a shame that masonry bricks don't come in dark brown though, because that would have perfected this module.
@CheeseyStudios Жыл бұрын
Really glad you like the build, thank you! Hopefully we get dark brown masonry bricks some day - I'd certainly swap a couple of the 2x2's out just to add some scattered texture.
