@@BasementBlus I’m not a blind buyer, but I especially wouldn’t blind buy Criterions since they’re pricey. I’d love to check out some of your recommendations though if I can find them streaming anywhere! If I like them enough to add to the collection I’ll pick them up during the next sale. 😊

I would like to check out all those films Tony! Especially Mildred Pierce! I know Joan Crawford won an Oscar for that one. The only Criterion 4K I own now is BLOW OUT (1981) starring John Travolta and directed by Brian De Palma. The rest of my Criterion Collection is still on Blu-ray.

The only Criterion 4K I own is The Red Shoes. I would highly recommend it. It's similar to The Black Swan. I agree Texasville was nowhere near as good as The Last Picture Show.

One false move I never seen. Same with Sound of metal. The power of the dog never was so interestint for me. So I did not want to buy it. Maybe I need to check it out. Never seen last picture show also. Rest I seen and have them :)
